Wardour Studios’ Representative Speaks at US-China Youth Forum on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Economic Opportunities
HOLLYWOOD, California, Dec. 4, 2017 (Wardour Studios) -- December 5, 2017 (Beijing time) has earmarked the US-China Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum, which was sponsored by US Department of State and All-China Youth Federation (ACYF). Mr. Yuguang Deng, founder and chairman of Red Scarf Star Foundation, the strategic partner of Wardour Studios Film Funds, on behalf of Wardour Studios was invited to attend this forum in Shenzhen, China, with the goal of developing international partnerships, securing venture capital, and expanding U.S. China film co-productions and economic opportunities between US and China.
During the Forum, U.S. Ambassador Terry Branstad, Vice Chairman of ACYF Hongyang Wang, Shenzhen City Vice Mayor Xuefeng Ai, Special Adviser for Global Youth Issues at the U.S. Department of State, Andy Rabens, and high-level entrepreneurs spoke about various growth, economic and global partnership topics. 50 American and 50 Chinese emerging leaders in entrepreneurship and innovation shared their thoughts. The Forum provided an opportunity for Wardour Studios Film Funds, Red Scarf Star Foundation, and many VCs to connect, to share insights on their respective innovation-driven ecosystems, as well as discuss direct investment opportunities.

The US-China Youth Forum on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Economic Opportunities is a collaboration between the U.S. State Department and the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), a federative body of Chinese youth organizations and excellent youth nationwide committed to national development, world peace, and legitimate rights, interests and development of young people. The Forum will match 50 American and 50 Chinese emerging leaders in entrepreneurship and innovation and will convene in Shenzhen, China.
